First Canute In U.S. Line : Erin
Erin was the first of the Canute line that migrated to America andsetteled in Virginia,North Carolina and Kentucky. He is said to be adecendent of King Canute and Emma, and that may well be since he was inthe same general area that Canute was buried. However, there is nofactual proof that the relationship exists, I have only included Canutesline back as far as possible to establish a base if a connection is evermade. Erin is NOT the son of Hardi, there are many,many generationsbetween Hardis family and Erin, perhaps someone someday can fill in thegap.
